General Blue & Green Terms and Conditions:

Prices:

All prices are published in CAD dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, price increases may be passed in the event of adverse currency exchange fluctuation or manufacturer price increases. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.

 

Special Prices:

For Dental Schools, Dental School professors & students and non-profit dental organizations please contact us.

 

Shipping:

A nominal shipping charge of $17.00 for Ontario, $20.00 for Quebec, $25.00 rest of Canada and $35.00 for USA will be added to the original invoice.

International orders freight and insurance will be subject to international rates around $75.00 or more.

All price subject to weight, dimension and size may be increased.

 

Claims:

In the event that goods are damaged or missing items we must be notified within three days of the goods having been received.

 

Warranty:

All products sold by Blue&Green Inc. are warrantied by Blue&Green Inc, as per manufacturer's warranty. All items will be inspected to determine whether or the not product was misused and damaged as a result.

 

Return Policy:

With authorization only within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and description of the problem. All items must be in their original packaging and must be clean and non-sterilized.

Please note unauthorized returns may result in the returned item being refused.

Please note all returns are subject a to 15% restocking fee.

In the event of custom made products specially for loupe and light return will not be accepted but if there is quality problem the manufacturer will take care of the issue .

Failure to comply with one or all of these return policies may result in the item and refund being refused.
