The Microdont Interproximal Reduction System (MIR) aims to make the interproximal opening process more secure and controlled, improving the final results for its patients.

The MIR allows a balanced orthodontic treatment, often without extractions and without promoting dental protrusion while the professional seeks the alignment of the teeth.

M.I.R 2.0 is indicated for use in interproximal and contact reduction, mesial/distal finishing and contouring, crown and bridge cement removal and cleanup. Its SAW has no abrasive, but all other strips have diamond abrasives on one or both sides.

Mir 2.0 has 5 models to perform manual orthodontic interproximal wear procedures.

The double side models (TWO SIDES) wear the tooth on both sides, while the one side (ONE SIDE) has abrasiveness only on one side of the sandpaper.
