In the event that you would like to return an item, please note we have a 7 day return policy upon receiving.

Any items returned after this deadline may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

All returns must be accompanied by a decontamination form, which can be downloaded here. 

All instruments are covered by a manufacturer defect warranty. Claims against manufacturer quality requires that we send the item back to the manufacturer for examination. Once the issue has been identified coverage will be determined by the manufacturer.
